Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your experience matters to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email: snjbotanica@gmail.com or direct message via instagram (@snjbotanica). 

While we cannot accept returned items, we are always happy to review concerns and, when appropriate, offer support to help make things right.

All products are for external use only. Patch testing is recommended before regular use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
